IN ACCORDANCE WITH INQUIRY HC101325QA007, PROCEED TO PROVIDE, INSTALL, AND MAINTAIN A 1GB ETHERNET COMMERCIAL LEASE ON THE IQO CONTRACT BETWEEN BLDG 1, ROOM 2001, 1 FL, 325 BROADWAY, BOULDER, CO 80305 (BOULDER/CCI) AND BLDG 730, ROOM 132, 84 NORTH ASPEN STREET, BUCKLEY SFB, CO 80011-9518 (BCKLYSFB/CCI). A. PRIOR TO TESTING VENDOR MUST CONTACT CASA AT: DISA.SCOTT.GLOBAL.MBX.CASA-INFRASTRUCTURE-INTEGRATION-LEASE-BB-T@MAIL.MIL. B. VENDOR MUST ALSO ADVISE CAT TEAM OF HANDOVER AT: DISA.DSCC.IE.MBX.DCP-COMMERCIAL-ACTIVATION@MAIL.MIL. C. MAXIMUM TRANSMISSION DELAY FOR ANY CIRCUIT UP TO 500 MILES AIR-MILES IN LENGTH SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN 13MS ONE-WAY AND ANY POINT-TO-POINT CIRCUIT LONGER THAN 500 AIR-MILES SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN 50MS ONE WAY WITHIN THE 48 CONTINENTAL STATES. D. TEST RESULTS MUST BE APPROVED BY JAMIE DIEZ 703-681-8899 X2636 PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE NOC. 2. THE SERVICE DATE TO BE MET IS: 10 FEB 25 (SIP). THE GOVERNMENT WILL ASSESS CONSIDERATION IAW STANDARD PROVISION 42 FOR DELAY ON DELIVERY OF CIRCUIT ON CONTRACTED SERVICE DATE. 3. ESTABLISH TSP: TSP0N7A6C-02 4. SEE UNIQUE INSTALLATION FACTORS FOR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THIS ORDER. 5. CONTRACTOR MUST UPLOAD NOTICE OF COMPLETION IN IDEAS.
