This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Transportation (DOT) intend to renew their current agreement with Wolters Kluwer for the purchase of three (3) additional TeamMate+ Audit software licenses for a total of 33 licenses which include maintenance and support services. This agreement will be entered into for up to 12 months.
Because Wolters Kluwer retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates, and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
