|
The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain applications from Construction Managers (CM) interested in providing pre-construction and construction management services for the Construction of the Courts Complex Phase IV renovation project (the “Project”) located in Leesburg, Virginia. RFQu applications (“Applications”) will be used to establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit proposals to act as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Project.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on April 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
