0001 UPS Preventative Maintenance Service (Base Year)
0002 Over and Above Work (Base Year)
Repair IAW PWS 5.2.3 Battery Replacement IAW PWS 5.3.
1001 UPS Preventative Maintenance Service (Option Year 1)
1002 Over and Above Work (Option Year 1)

2001 UPS Preventative Maintenance Service (Option Year 2)
