MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR OUTDOOR POOLS

The City of Charlottesville is soliciting sealed proposals for the outsourcing of management services at the Onesty Family Aquatic Center (OFAC) and Booker T. Washington Park Pool (WPP). The intent is that any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation be scalable and usable by the City for the various services necessary to maintain, operate and manage the facility throughout the duration of the contract period.

OFAC and WPP are seasonal outdoor pools that operate between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day annually. Customers can access either pool with a daily admission ticket or a seasonal pass. OFAC is open to the public and does not have any additional programming occurring; WPP is the home pool for the City Swim Team and is utilized in the morning and evening for swim programs and lessons in addition to public operating hours.
