REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
RFQ-2025-ASSET MGMT-0018

The Town of Weymouth (Awarding Authority) is seeking to engage the services of Professional Engineering consulting firms with capabilities in various civil engineering, Resident engineering and Owners Project Manager disciplines including, but not limited to:

Wastewater collection and conveyance; drinking water treatment, pumping, distribution and storage; storm water collection, conveyance, and treatment; flood mitigation; land survey and plan preparation; transportation improvements and studies; traffic signal installation/ improvements, and unsignalized intersection safety improvements; Complete Streets, traffic calming, ADA compliance; MCP and LSP Services; culvert repair/replacement; streambank restoration; NPDES MS4 Compliance; construction admin/inspection services; private site development and/or subdivision review; Town Board/Commission project review; Town Board/Commission project submission peer review; and funding and grant support associated with the above services.

The proposals must respond to the requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

RFQ will be available at 10:00 am Thursday, October 9, 2025 via request to Email or by visiting the Town of Weymouth procurement office located at 111 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA  02189.   RFQ packages are free of charge. Respondents must provide all contact information.

Questions will be accepted, in written form, by Email until 4:30 pm on Friday, October 17, 2025.  Answers will be in the form of an Addendum and will be sent to all registered bidders by 4:30 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025.

Proposals in response to the RFQ shall be signed under the pains and penalties of perjury. Proposals must be received on/before 11:30 am on Friday, October 31, 2025at Town of Weymouth Procurement Office, 111 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA 02189. All responses submitted after this time will not be accepted.
