Learning Materials Design & Development Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), is an invitation by Workers’ Compensation Board (“WCB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Learning Materials Design & Development Services, as further described in the RFP.

WCB is seeking a qualified service provider to provide services on an “as, if, and when required” basis to design and develop training materials that support both instructors and learners of technical, soft-skills and policy based training experiences. Deliverables may include learning artifacts such as manuals, videos, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, learner handbooks, job aids, demo videos, on-screen guidance and any other training artifacts as required. These materials will support various delivery formats, including in-person instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced eLearning, and digital guidance, using a range of tools and platforms.

There will be a virtual pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on July 24, 2025, 10:00 A.M. CST for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by July 23, 2025, 4:00 P.M. CST.
