Description: Provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to construct new access to the area south of Center Pit. The design includes approximately 1300 feet of new road construction, road resurfacing, over-excavation through road cut sections in friable sedimentary rock, replacing excavated sections with compacted gravel, and establishing drainage via culvert installation along the access road. Maintenance of the existing access road is also included
