Community Center Improvements Project 2025

General Work Description:

This project includes interior and exterior works:

1. Interior work includes;
   1. Vinyl plank flooring and base
   2. Painting of interior walls & ceilings
   3. Bid add-alternate of refinishing cabinets
2. Exterior work includes;
   1. Demolition and removal of concrete patio, roots under patio, trellis and trellis columns, planter box and sandbox.
   2. Root barrier,
   3. Patio sub grade and concrete to meet accessible grades and connect to existing walkways.
   4. Fencing and gates
   5. Metal Canopy structure and footings, translucent roof panel and standing seam roof panels
   6. Light fixtures and electrical outlets
   7. Site drainage, including sub grade connection to storm drain
   8. Planting of crape myrtles and their irrigation
   9. Bid add-alternate of sandbox and planter boxes

A mandatory bid site walk is scheduled for April 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Windsor Community Center, 901 Adele Drive, Windsor, CA.
