Special Education Contracted and Consulting Services

The Belton Independent School District invites qualified companies and individuals to submit proposals for Special Education Contracted and Consulting Services.

IMPORTANT: This solicitaton replaces all prior bids and contracts for Special Education Contracted and Consulting Services, all of which expire on July 31, 2026.  Vendors who have previously been awarded under prior bids must submit a response to this RFP in order to be considered for awrd and to remain an awarded vendor with the District.  Prior award status does not carr forward under this solicitation.

Belton ISD urges all vendors that provide these services and materials to respond to this Proposal, even if you are a SOLE SOURCE provider of the services or materials. Once this proposal has been closed and awarded, another RFP will be solicited to capture additional vendors until the end of the total contract. Awards will be made on a monthly basis throughout this open period of that solicitation.
There is no guarantee of minimum or maximum usage for this bid. The District usage will depend upon actual needs and available funding.
Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.

TERM:

The term of this proposal shall be for one (1) year with four (4) automatic renewals, one year at a time.

Belton ISD will issue a subsequent RFP after the first award.

Initial Contract Period:  August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027;

Year 2: August 1, 2027 - July 31, 2028;

Year 3: August 1, 2028 - July 31, 2029;

Year 4: August 1, 2029 - July 31, 2030;

Year 5: August 1, 2030 - July 31, 2031.

In the event this proposal expires before another one is awarded, the contract will be extended to a month-to-month basis by mutual agreement.  If at any time the vendor fails to fulfill or abide by the terms, conditions, or specifications of this contract, BISD reserves the right to cancel without perucniary risk or penatly.  Vendor may not assign or transfer this agreement nor its rights and priviledes under this agreement, either in whole or part, without written consent.
