Description
Oconee County is seeking to establish an annual contract for grounds maintenance for thirty-seven (37) properties and various retail right-of-way areas throughout the County. The initial contract period will be for one (1) year with four (4) one year renewal options. Please see Section III of the bid documents for list of properties and detailed technical specifications.
