Description
Georgia DOT is seeking to contract with a Design-Builder to provide design and construction services for both the removal of the existing at-grade intersection of SR 316/US 29 at CR 74/Kilcrease Road to a grade-separated interchange, and to design and construct a grade separation with CR 416/Carl-Bethlehem Road over SR 316/US 29, both in Barrow County, Georgia (the "Project"). This project will be awarded to a Design-Builder utilizing a One-Phased Low Bid selection method. A Design-Builder includes a Lead Contractor and a Lead Design Consultant working together to design and construct the project. See the PNA for additional details.
