Crossland Heavy Contractors has been recently awarded the contract for Construction Manager at Risk for the Ashland Water Treatment Facility (WTF) Upgrades.
The project includes the construction of water treatment plant facility upgrades at the existing Ashland Water Treatment Facility. The improvements will include modifications to the ozone treatment system, new pre-treatment basins capable of 60 MGD, associated residuals handling facilities, and hydraulic improvements for up to 120 MGD. This bid includes the following packages: erosion control, sitework, site piping, and trenchless excavation.
The Ionwave Ebid system is only serving as an advertising platform of this scope of work for the City of Lincoln on behalf of Crossland Heavy Contractors. The City is not responsible for this solicitation. The City is not a party to the contract that may be established from this solicitation.
Cost will be a major factor in determining the awarded Contractor; however, the award may not go to the lowest cost bidder.
