Request for Proposals for SCM & GSI Maintenance Services (FY25/26)

The Town of Carrboro  is soliciting informal bids from individuals or firms for landscaping and aquatics management associated with Town owned stormwater facilities.

It is the intent of the Town to select one or more contractors who meet the qualifications and have relevant experience to provide the services outlined below. The selected Firm(s) will work with the Town’s Public Works Department to provide these services. The initial contract term will be a one-year service contract. This contract may be able to be renewed for subsequent operating cycles.

Responses are due by 3:00 PM on November 1, 2024. Information related to this solicitation is available via the Town’s website at https://www.carrboronc.gov/bids.aspx or may be obtained by contacting the designated representative.

Any questions, concerns, or request for information regarding this RFP shall be directed via email to the contact below and an addendum will be added to the RFP announcement with Town responses as identified in the schedule below.
