Tender Call for Boiler Replacement - Fairview Apartments, 665 Fairford Street E, Moose Jaw SK
Synopsis:

Tenders for the replacement of the boiler at Fairview Apartments located at 665 Fairford Street E, Moose Jaw SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Moose Jaw City Time, on September 24, 2025.

Deliver bids electronically to gfluter@mac-eng.ca. Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to replace the hotwater boilers, remove the indirect water heater and replace with a new gas-fired water heater, as well as all related equipment and material at Fairview Apartments for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The Bidder must examine the Place of the Work before submitting a Bid and shall satisfy himself as to the nature and location of the Work. The bidder is fully responsible for obtaining all information required for the preparation of the Bid. A mandatory site visit for bidders will take place on the 10th day of September 2025 at 10:00am. A brief project introduction will be conducted outside prior to entering the boiler room. Bidders who attended the mandatory site visit may make arrangements with the Owner to make subsequent visits to the site. No allowance shall be made for claims arising from failure to make such investigations.

Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Certified cheques and Irrevocable Letters of Credit will NOT be accepted.

Additional Information:

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
