Description:
Provide nine (9) prepared meals per week to 40 individuals. Meals will be provided weekly for six (6) consecutive weeks per participant. All meals will be: Single-serving, Whole-food, plant-based and delivered to two different locations in Charleston. Link for scope of work provided. Minimum requirements: Local to 29425 and 29401, SC licensed registered dietician on staff, SCDPH Inspected Kitchen
