Professional Landscape Master Plan Design Services for Lake County

Lake County is seeking a Landscape Architect or Engineering Firm to create landscape plans that preserve or enhance the appearances of Libertyville Government Campus with the intention of setting standards for the wider portfolio of Lake County facilities which also are also served with contracted landscaping services. Lake County intends to upgrade and implement more sustainability landscaping that conserve water, soil, and other elements of the natural ecosystems while also lowering long-term maintenance and operational resources.  Lake County has previously developed a Natural Landscape Design Guideline and Promoting Sustainability Building and Development Practices that will be the basis for our new landscaping plans. There is also a Planned Unit Development for Special use with Lake County, Libertyville Township, and Village of Libertyville.
