Description: The City of Ogdensburg is seeking professional engineering and architectural services to provide design, planning, and optional construction oversight for the rehabilitation of the Elsa M. Luksich public pool and bathhouse complex. Details for the Project, the Scope of Work, and the Project Timeline are described in full in the formal RFP found in "Related Documents" on the website: https://www.ogdensburg.org/admin/Bids.aspx . The Proposal must be submitted in electronic form, signed by an authorized officer of the Proposer, and received by 1:00 P.M. on May 22, 2025 , to be considered. The total size of the single electronic submittal shall not exceed 10 MB. If the email and files exceed 10 MB, other delivery arrangements should be made. Proposals are to be submitted to: jashley@ogdensburg.org The city reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. The city is not responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses. Contract award is subject to funding availability.
