Adult Critical Time Intervention Teams Round Three
The Office of Mental Health announces funds for the development of five (5) Adult Critical Time Intervention Teams (CTI Teams). These CTI Teams will serve individuals who have mental illness and who have not been successfully engaged in services during or after critical times in transition.
One team will be awarded in each of the following regions:
- Western Region – Chautauqua County
- Western Region – Cattaraugus County
- Western Region – Erie County
- Tug Hill Seaway Region – St. Lawrence County
- North Country Region – Clinton or Warren County
