The Office of the Embassy of Canada in Honduras requests the services of a specialized company to provide cleaning services. The office consists of a mixture of open offices, kitchen facilities, bathrooms, storage space, reception and hallway space, lobby, secure areas, and conference rooms. Total area is 569.75 square meters.

Periodic cleaning services may be required upon request during regular office hours on other operational sites of the Embassy, including staff quarters of Embassy personnel and the Alternate Command Post. On occasion, cleaning services may be requested for special Embassy events off site.

The Contractor must provide all resources and equipment, tools, material and supplies necessary to perform the work.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
