Program management for ASPIRE’s statewide energy management and transportation electrification initiative

ASPIRE is contracting services of Stoa Intelligence and Analytics to perform program management, electrification technology evaluation, and energy and transportation data analytics.  Important to the programmatic success of ASPIRE’s statewide energy management and transportation electrification initiative, Stoa IA provides unique experience in operational and stakeholder management with legislative committees, power utilities, and state transportation, workforce, transit, and energy organizations.  Beyond this experience ASPIRE will utilize Stoa IA’s first-hand knowledge with industry partners across the state to evaluate requirements for charging equipment installations and operation/maintenance requirements and complete system-level data analytics to inform planning models for infrastructure scaling across the state.
