Critical Time Transition Program for Children, Youth and Families (Round 2) January 2025

The Office of Mental Health announces funds for the development of up to four (4) Critical Time Transition Programs (CTTP). The Programs will be for Children, Youth, and Families, with one award for each of the following Economic Development Regions:

  • Mohawk Valley
  • Western New York
  • Long Island
  • New York City

The Critical Time Transition Programs will include:

  • A Critical Time Intervention (CTI) team
  • A Transitional Residential Setting (TRS) with allowance for up to a 120 day stay

The goal of CTTP is to help with what can be a difficult transition from a hospital setting back into the community.
