The Delaware River Port Authority ("Authority") hereby invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for DRPA-13-2025 Purchase and Installation of One (1) Duplex Pump Package for the Walt Whitman Bridge. This public advertisement constitutes the DRPA’s formal solicitation.
Basis of Award: This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of the lowest, overall price submitted, in the best interest of the DRPA for supplying all the products specified in compliance with stated General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications using the estimated quantities provided.
Copies of the Proposals and Political Contribution Form and Certification shall be submitted, in PDF format, via SAP Ariba no later than Thursday, October 2, 2025 @11:00AM. Faxed, e-mailed, or hard copies of Proposals will NOT be accepted.
