Offer Preparation Instructions

Original: A detailed approach the offeror will implement to meet the Government's requirements. At a minimum, the offeror shall address their specific approach to fulfilling the requirements outlined in attachment 1 (ATCH 1 - Product Description).

Revision: A detailed approach the offeror will implement to meet the Government's requirements. At a minimum, the offeror shall address their specific approach to fulfilling the requirements outlined in attachment 1 (ATCH 1 - Product Description). Additionally, the offeror shall provide access to their commercially available, web-based purchasing system (trial account) outlined in section 2.4 attachment 1 (ATCH 1 - Product Description).

This requirement is to furnish monthly video game kits for twenty (20) Department of the Air Force (DAF) Library locations supporting remote and isolated installations. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, packaging, shipping, transportation, administration, and supervision necessary to deliver the required kits in accordance with the supporting documentation.
