Gaston County, NC is requesting sealed bids for ADMINISTRATIVE ANNEX UPFIT. The project consists of a renovation and addition to a historic, in-line storefront structure at 110 West Main Ave, Gastonia, NC 28052. The front façade will be renovated in an attempt to more closely reflect the original building aesthetic. A new elevator tower and exterior stair will be added to the rear of the building in the existing courtyard space. The interior will be entirely renovated and upfit to accommodate administrative space. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building equipment, systems, and fixtures will be installed. The project will be financed with local funds.

Qualifications:
Bidders must have a license to work as a contractor in the State of North Carolina, as set forth under Article 1 Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Subject to the provisions of the State of North Carolina Contractor's Licensing
Law, it will be necessary for the contractor to place their contractor's license number on the envelope containing their bid.
Special Requirements:
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is optional in order to submit a bid.
