Description
Civida is seeking private parties for collaboration in the development of surplus school site(s) within the City of Edmonton. The parcels of land are greenfield sites located in mature neighbourhoods and range in size from approximately 2.46 to 3.50 acres.
Civida’s intends to utilize the Affordable Housing Fund administered by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) for these housing developments and all related criteria for this fund will apply. The housing initiatives will require a collaborative approach combining industry expertise with Civida’s experience in affordable housing to deliver site development, design, and build. Civida will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of these completed developments.
