Work includes demolition of existing Mens & Womens latrines, removal and subsequent offsite disposal of existing architectural finishes, plaster and acoustic ceiling systems, ceramic tile and vinyl flooring, concrete slabs, doors, hardware, concrete masonry partitions, plumbing, mechanical and electrical improvements. . New work to be performed includes installation of new Mens and Womens Restrooms including new metal frame partitions, new fixtures and finishes, new phenolic plastic partitions and screens, new individual shower enclosures, lockers and benches. Finishes shall include new painted gypsum panel ceilings and walls, new acoustic tile ceilings, new porcelain tile wall finishes, new MMA flooring and base, solid surfacing countertops and stainless toilet accessories. New plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, switches and receptacles will also be installed. Adjacent to the Womens Toilet Room will be a Lactation Room with acoustic ceiling, painted gypsum panels walls, MMA flooring, plastic laminate casework, lighting, switches and receptacles. In addition one, HC Metal exterior door is to be replaced in the Assembly Hall.
