Interior remodel and renovation of two sets of existing restrooms on the first floor and once set of restrooms on the second floor. Work to include: demolition and debris removal of existing interior restrooms including all plumbing fixtures, and all finishes in addition all plumbing supply lines and all DWV lines to be completely removed and installed as new. In addition this remodel will include all finished walls, flooring and ceilings; new doors and millwork; major alterations for ADA compliance.
