Bid Description:
Qualified Bidders are invited to bid on rodent and insect control services at VT State Park locations throughout the southeastern VT for the 2025-2026 operating seasons. Bidders may bid all, one, or any combination of locations. Facilities identified for treatment within each Park consist generally of housing, toilet buildings, and/or maintenance and operational structures. Three locations, representative of all, remain open to the public and are available for viewing as outlined in the General Requirements.

Questions and Answers: Questions are due via email to the Project Manager by 12:00 pm Friday, October 18, 2024. Answers will be posted on the Electronic Bid Board as and Addendum and must be acknowledged on the Bid Proposal.

Gifford Woods, Mount Ascutney, and Quechee State Parks are open to the public through 10:00 a.m. on 10/21/2024. Structures in these locations serve as a representation of the typical park structures where service needs are being requested. Interior access will be limited to areas currently open to the public.

Onsite staff may/may not be available to provide access to utility rooms, pump houses, or other similar facilities typically closed to the public. Bidders will NOT be allowed inside Park housing for bidding purposes.

Structures in other locations may be visited at any time. Where there are entrance gates bidders will be required to park outside the gate and walk into the Park. In these locations viewing will be limited to building exteriors.
