Description
|
|
The Contractor shall be responsible for performance of the day-to-day operations and maintenance for the Service Center and the Consolidated Lab facility, as defined herein. The Contractor shall provide all the management, supervision, personnel, materials, repair parts, tools, transportation, engineering support, and equipment necessary for the effective and timely accomplishment of the required services. All parts or components installed, or improvements made by the Contractor during the term of this Contract shall become and remain the property of the Commission. The Contractor may be required to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs including emergency service response after hours as specified herein.
