The County of Lake is inviting sealed proposals for the development of an implementation plan to obtain the Prohousing Designation. This Plan will be created with input from County Staff and Community Engagement. The objective of this project is to obtain the Prohousing Designation by taking steps to increase the availability of housing such as streamlining permitting process, rezoning, incentive programs, etc.
