Provide a functional copy of Attachment 5a (JBER Diorama Boundaries), which was previously corrupted/blank.
Note for Offerors: Attachment 5c (Required Facilities List) is correct as originally posted in Amendment 0002.
All other terms, conditions, and the quote due date of Thursday, 21 May 2026, remain unchanged.

Design, fabrication, and delivery of one (1) custom 3D topographical base map diorama of Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The requirement includes a 4-quadrant modular design incorporating specific man-made and landscape features detailed in the Salient Characteristics.
