ENGINEERING SERVICES PROCUREMENT

The Village of Whitehall is issuing a Request for Qualifications from engineering consultants/firms pursuant to New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation New York State Revolving Fund Architectural/Engineering Services Procurement for engineering services to assist with plans and specifications, bidding, contract oversight and related services for exploratory excavation for lead service lines on identified parcels within the Village of Whitehall. The Village is utilizing a qualifications-based procurement procedure to evaluate professional services firms or individuals that are proposing to provide engineering services outlined in the Scope of Services presented herein.

The deadline for submission of a response to the RFQ is 3:00 PM on October 21 ^th , 2025. A response to the RFQ should be emailed to the Village Clerk at villageclerk@whitehallny.org or by hard copy to the Village Clerk before the date and time above.

Professional services firms, individuals, or teams that include NYS Certified MBE or WBE or individuals and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals in response to the RFP. Consultants and firms are also encouraged to submit utilizing DBE sub-consultants where appropriate.
