Request for Information - HWY6 Industry Engagement Culvert Replacement CS:6-15 km N of Gronlid SK
Synopsis:

This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) for the purpose of gathering information regarding a proposed construction project on Highway No. 6.

The intent of this RFI will be to solicit feedback from industry on specific elements of the proposed upcoming culvert replacement project at C.S. 6-15 km 11.52 north of Gronlid, Saskatchewan. Project details are further described in the RFI Particulars (Appendix A) and geotechnical report conducted by Thurber Engineering Ltd. in the attachments (Appendix B).

Respondents are requested to provide information in response to the questions found in the Appendix C Response Form. A public Question and Answer (Q&A) period will be available for Respondents to seek further information or to obtain clarification of the information requested by GOS prior to the submission deadline.

Additional Information:

Based on the information gathered through this Request for Information (RFI) process, the GOS may develop a Request for Bid (RFB) to procure the Services. Service Providers are not required to participate in this RFI in order to be eligible to participate in a resulting RFB, should one be issued.

Neither a response, nor the failure to submit a response, nor the use by the Ministry of any information contained in a response, will disqualify the respondent from participating in a future procurement process, if any, that may be issued.

GOS, at its sole discretion, may elect to conduct a Virtual (Microsoft Teams) group meeting to seek further information from Respondents. Only Respondents to this RFI will be invited to attend a Virtual (Microsoft Teams) group meeting, if one should occur.
