WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Richmond

The purpose of this service is to provide prompt, accurate, and effective spoken and signed communication for limited English proficient (LEP) individuals when conducting business with other members of the public, county agencies, California State agencies, other states, the federal government, stakeholders, applicants, employees, and businesses. The services will include simultaneous event interpretation (in-person throughout California, virtual, and hybrid), on-demand (24/7) over the phone interpretation, and voiceover recordings on an as needed basis. In addition to CDPR staff usage, CDPR will offer some of these language services to CACs and their staff, which will be coordinated by CDPR staff in the same manner as CDPR interpretation requests.
