The City of Warrensburg is accepting proposal for CITY BUILDINGS CUSTODIAL SERVICES

The City of Warrensburg, Missouri by order of the City Manager, invites sealed bids from qualified firms to provide custodial cleaning services for designated City facilities.

Bids Due: June 12 ^th 2026
Bid Opening: Municipal Center, 200 South Holden Street, Warrensburg, MO
Bid Submission Location: Office of the City Clerk, 102 South Holden Street, Warrensburg, MO 64093

Only sealed bids clearly marked “City Buildings Custodial Services – DO NOT OPEN” will be accepted. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened.

All submissions must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. (local time) on June 12, 2026.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and determine the lowest and best bid in the best interest of the City.
