City Hall Flooring Replacement

1. INTRODUCTION

The City of Moberly (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the removal and replacement of flooring at Moberly City Hall.

2. BACKGROUND

The existing flooring in City Hall is a mixture of carpeting, LVP floating floors, and glue-down vinyl plank. The vinyl flooring is in disrepair and in need of replacement. Two office spaces have LVP floating floors, and the main hallway, foyers, and entrance areas of two other office spaces have glue-down flooring. With City Hall being the center of Moberly government operations, it must remain open to the public throughout this project.

For portions of this project that involve hazardous operations (extreme noise, chemical vapors, extreme hazardous dust, etc.), the contractor may be required to perform work during evening and weekend hours
