2025 FREMONT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT

HANGAR RE-SHEETING

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk in the City Building, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska, until 12:00PM, August 4th, 2025, and be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers at that time for all labor and materials necessary to complete the work required for 2025 FREMONT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT EXTERIOR BRICK REPAIR as per the SITE MAP and SITE WALK as arranged with the Airport Manager, Cari Hoffart.

SCOPE

This re-working of the brick exterior of the large brick hangar, and the smaller brick section of the maintenance hangar directly to the West of the larger brick hangar on-site at the Fremont Municipal Airport; to include removal and replacement of damaged plaster, brick, and mortar. The structures will then be re-sealed and painted. These hangars are located at 1201 W 23 ^rd . Street, Fremont, Nebraska.
