Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of rapid fluorescent measurement system from Li-Cor as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. System must measure photosynthesis in response to light provided in wavelengths that encompass red (660nm), blue (452nm), and green (523nm) given the use of supplemental lighting within controlled environments. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
