AMENDMENT 1 FA302225R00040001: Added attachment "Cost Breakdown"

The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the renovation of the breakroom and attached office, the demolition of existing warehouse offices, the construction of new warehouse office, breakroom, and bathroom, and the replacement of roll up door. See Statement of Work for more information.
Site Visit: The Government is offering a site visit opportunity on 13 May 2025 at 1:00 PM CDT. The site visit is Highly Encouraged but not mandatory. To attend the site visit, your team must fill out the information on the bottom half of the EAL form attached to the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 1:00 PM CDT on 9 May 2025. If you do not submit the EAL form to the POC by 1:00 PM CDT on 9 May 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.
EAL's must contain the attendees Full name, driver's license number/state of issue, SSN, and date of birth. Ensure attendees bring a valid ID. If driving, driver must possess a valid driver’s license, the vehicle’s registration and proof of insurance. Those attending the site visit should arrive early at Security Force’s Visitors Center to allow time to process their base passes. An escort will meet contractors at the Visitors Center and guide them to the site visit location.

IAW FAR 36.204(e) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
NOTE:
Contractors/Offers must complete CUI Training Slides then sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation.
Once you have sent your singed MFR to the POC, request access to locked documents through SAM.gov. Once your MFR has been received and reviewed, accesses to locked SAM.gov documents will be granted.
