BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Susanville
The Office of Emergency Services is looking for approximately 269 nusf of Office, 1,913 nusf of
Warehouse, and 3,500 sqft of Storage Yard space in the City of Susanville plus eight (8) parking
spaces to Code.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State
plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable
codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply
with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where
cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star
