A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on May 15, 2026 at 09:00 AM at Site location 405 Moravian Valley Rd, Waunakee, WI 53597.

Sealed bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com until. Preparation of Proposal: Bids will be received online at QuestCDN until Friday, May 22, 2026 at 10:00 am. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com . The Project consists of the construction of a 1,500 ton capacity salt structure.

Bids will be based on a single lump sum for the following separate Contracts:

1. General

Bidders may be required to submit a brief statement of their qualifications to the Architect before submitting a Bid.

All Bidders will be required to submit a complete list of subcontractors with their proposals,

or within 24 hours after bid due date.

All Bids will remain firm for a period of 90 days after the opening date.

A certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and satisfactory Surety Company in the amount of 10% of the Bid made payable to The Village of Waunakee, shall accompany each bid.

Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
