The Naval Supply Systems Command NAVSUP, Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk FLCN, Pentagon Directorate is hosting a brief Virtual Industry Day on Monday, 09 June 2025 from 1500 to 1600 Eastern to explore innovative approaches the external community can offer and gain feedback from industry on an upcoming requirement in support of Commander, Navy Recruiting Command CNRC Marketing and Advertising Program. The event aims to validate market research already conducted and obtain the necessary approvals. The one-hour event will include presenting general overview of the required services by the Government. It will follow with any feedback industry would like to provide on a time limited basis. It is intended this procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis resulting in a single award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with firm fixed pricing.
It will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15 in conjunction with FAR Part 12. It will include a one-year base period starting 20 May 2026 through 19 May 2027 with four one-year option periods. It will also include FAR 52.217-8 option. NAICS Code: 541810 Advertising Agencies Small Business size standard of $25,500,000 annual revenue.

It is anticipated that the Request for Proposals will be issued in August 2025 timeframe, although that is subject to change and most likely will. Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to monitor SAM.GOV frequently for posted solicitation.

The Navy requires full service advertising to include strategic planning and assessment; creative development, production, and execution; and lead generation, nurturing, collection, and management.

It is suggested that prime contractors that have both the capabilities and relevant experience to perform most of the required tasks participate. Significant subcontractors may also participate.

In order to register, you must submit an email stating you would like to participate to Adelina Lozzi, Contracting Officer at Adelina.lozzi.civ@us.navy.mil by 30 May 2025 1600 eastern. In the interest of time, only the first 10 respondents will be invited to the event. This event will not exceed more than one hour. In order to adhere to the acquisition timeline, there will be no follow up event or additional events.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the event and additional submission requirements such as a two-page capability statement.
