Project Title: 3rd Line Maintenance (3LM) Repair Capability and Field Service Representatives (FSR) - Kuwait Notice Type: Request for Information (RFI) Anticipated NAICS Code: 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) Anticipated Product Service Code (PSC): R706 (Support- Management: Logistics Support) Anticipated Period of Performance: Up to 5 Years
1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
The United States Government (USG), specifically the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to explore innovative commercial solutions under a potential Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO).
The Government is seeking industry feedback and capabilities regarding the establishment of a 3rd Line Maintenance (3LM) Repair Capability for Direct Support/General Support (DS/GS) in Kuwait.

2. BACKGROUND & SCOPE OF EFFORT
The USG has a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement to support the Kuwait Land Forces (KLF). The objective is to establish an in-country, sustainable maintenance capability that provides rapid repair turnaround and builds the organic mechanical capacity of the KLF.
