Air Monitoring, Environmental Testing, and Consulting Services

Project Description: General Description: This solicitation is issued to award a contract to the firm(s) provide asbestos consulting, air monitoring, site inspection, project management, and laboratory testing of asbestos. The firm(s) shall also provide Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ)/Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) consulting services, including mold assessments, mold remediation protocols, post-remediation assessments and clearance, indoor air quality evaluations, odor investigations, airborne contaminant assessments, exposure assessments, and laboratory coordination.
Contract Term: Three (3) year period.
Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 20% (which requires an SBE+ certification to meet the goal).
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.
