1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, licenses, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing roofing material and furnish and install a new standing metal roofing system, gutters, and downspouts at the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) as described herein.
