Campus-Wide Carpet Cleaning Services

The ¿Scope of Work,¿ as defined herein, is for Campus-Wide Carpet Cleaning Services. For the purposes of this IFB, ¿Campus-Wide¿ includes, but is not limited to, to the locations identified in Sections 4.2 and 4.4. The University may, at its sole discretion, add or modify location(s) after award and retain pricing relative to the areas being serviced.The University reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards, or no award, in accordance with the campuses identified below, whichever is in the best interest of the University.The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform carpet cleaning services in accordance with the requirements set forth herein.
