This facility improvement shall include the following: - The removal of the existing Sediment Pond No. 2 by draining and filling with material to construct a drainage swale in its place; and - The construction of a new Sediment Pond No. 2 in the site’s concrete recycling area by excavating the pre-regulatory waste in the area. |

Description
Cumberland County Solid Waste Management intends to improve sediment pond no. 2 and other stormwater infrastructure at the Ann Street Landfill Facility, located at 698 Ann Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
