Stony Brook University (SUNY) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a) which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodities. A sealed bid will not be held.

The purpose of this discretionary ad is to acquire a Virtual Production Kit 1.8 pixel pitch LED Wall or equivalent - compact, portable virtual production system designed for smaller studios and content creators. 12' x 7' display or equivalent, integrated camera tracking, and optional lighting control, powered by a single standard 20-amp wall outlet or equivalent. To include software platforms, access to pre-built virtual environments, and generative AI content creation tools or equivalent. A hydraulic stand allows for easy vertical adjustment, enabling flexible shot compositions. Mobility: The screen is on wheels, allowing easy repositioning within a studio. Adjustable height: A pneumatic stand enables vertical adjustment for different shot compositions. Plug-and-play: production setups, powered by a standard wall outlet. Integrated tracking: Built-in optical tracking eliminates the need for extensive setup or calibration. Automated lighting: Side-mounted light bars to sync with on-screen content for enhanced realism.

Proposals must include a detailed pricing breakdown of the equipment, software and accessories, including any associated costs such as installation, training, or warranties.
