Paychex Payroll Providers

NYSIF is seeking to procure Paychex Pay-As-You-Go Services for the term of 11/19/25-11/18/30. This platform is a Pay-As-You-Go billing program for policyholders.

All deliverables resulting from this project are classified as PayChex, Inc.’s intellectual property. PayChex, Inc. will have and retain all right, title and interest in and to any deliverables developed hereunder, including all trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights related thereto ("Deliverables").

There are no additional documents available at this time. All available information can be found within the Contract Reporter Advertisement. Interested firms must submit supporting documentation, including but not limited to a proof from UpToDate Inc. confirming your firm has an agreement in place with UpToDate Inc. to perform the services described above and a proposal outlining your firms’ qualification to meet the requirements to contracts@nysif.com . NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract.
